There is a request of adding the Lab accounting option for lab users like what they purchase and what they paid to the distributors.

We want to add graphs into CBC results.

We need an option to manage the referral commission diatributed so far for specific doctors / labs, should be available in the web application itself.

Need an option to save , how much referral commision is given till date. Some doctors and labs used to get the referral cuts daily. Keeping the cuts provided to the doctors in physical form is too much work. If there is a option to save the cuts provided. It will be useful. For example, Doctor A has total cuts for the December month 5000, till now we have paid him only 3000. Nd balance 2000 we have to pay

Hi team Right now we can give either referral or centre discount to a patient. But sometimes our doctors ask that discount be shared between centre and referral discount. For ex, if we are giving 200 rs discount, then Rs 100 needs to be deducted from referral and Rs 100 should be from centre side. This option is missing right now. Could you please make this feature available?

Hi Please provide an additional field to be able to assign a particular marketting agent to a particular referring doctor. This will help automatically generate the revenue brought about by a particular marketting agent at end of a time period. For example, if there is a Dr. A in referring doctor list. And Mr. Z is his marketting agent which means Mr. Z visits him regularly and is responsible to get patient from this doctor. If labsmart allows us to assign Mr. Z as the marketting agent for Dr. A (can be done as an extra field in the edit referrer tab) then everytime a patient is billed with Dr. A as their referring doctor this will also reflect in Mr. Z list of patients. So at the end of lets say a week or month we can get a summary of all patients and business revenue including referral amout for Mr. Z's doctors. This will help to analyse Mr. Z's marketting performance. This feature is available with many other providers since a very long time. Our competitors use this to incentivise their marketting agents so that they work harder. This is called as Marketting Managment feature by other vendors such as Crelio Health. Please look into it.

NABL NOTICE: QR Code on the Medical Test Reports Medical laboratories may note that, in a memorandum issued on 13.05.2021 by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, it is mandatory for travellers flying abroad to carry their negative RT-PCR test report having QR codes linking to the original report. Medical Laboratories should provide QR code on all test reports issued which can be scanned using any QR scanning application available on mobile / any devices to authenticate and reproduce the test report online. This will prevent the manipulation of test results & the usage of fake test reports. Laboratories to ensure that all the requirements of ISO 15189, NABL, regulators are met. Authorized test results in a tamper-proof and non-editable test report will build trust in laboratory results. Original request: QR code on report page. need an option to add daily expenses in the software itself - with drill down options , or personalised options for example food electricity snacks credit to technician etc

we need lab to lab price list option to add the lab to lab prices , and labl to lab prices should be autopopulated when we do the tests in our lab for another laboratory ( specific laboratory ) example, lets say , our lab has the facility to do the Thyroid Function test ,and someother lab approaches us to do the Thyroid Function Test for them. when we do the test for them ,we cannot give the retail price, so we will be giving them a Special Lab to Lab Price. for that we need the Lab to Lab Price list and when we make a bill, if we select the referrer to a Specific lab, Lab to lab prices should come in the tests
