Dear LabSmart Pathology Software Development Team, I would like to propose the creation of a Patient Hybrid App that is compatible with both Android and iOS platforms. This app would provide patients with an easily accessible repository for all their previous medical reports. To illustrate this concept, let's consider a scenario involving a patient named Kunal Dhar. Kunal Dhar visited our pathology lab on 20/09/2023 to undergo a CBC test, and he paid for the service in full. During his visit, I recommended that he download the LabSmart Patient app, which would enable him to effortlessly track the status of his test reports. When a patient registers with our facility, their mobile number is collected as part of the registration process. To access their data, patients need only to log into the app using the mobile number provided during registration. This will grant them the ability to easily monitor the status of their reports and patiently await the sign-off process. After the sign-off is complete, patients can readily download their reports in PDF format. Furthermore, if a patient returns to our lab for a follow-up CBC test, even after a month or any other time in the future, they should have the capability to retrieve their previous reports from the LabSmart Patient App. Additionally, for patients who have WhatsApp installed on the registered mobile number provided during their registration, an automated SMS will be sent. This message will contain the patient's name, test booking confirmation, date, and a link to track the test's progress and access the report results. This ensures that patients can stay updated on their reports even without the app. However, by downloading the LabSmart Patient app, they can enhance their experience by conveniently accessing their historical blood test reports. It's worth noting that many software companies, such as "CrelioHealth," "DrLogy," and "Sara Technology," offer similar features typically as part of their premium plans without additional charges. Including such a feature in the LabSmart Patient app will undoubtedly enhance the patient experience and set us apart from our competitors. I highly recommend considering the addition of this feature to the LabSmart app, as it aligns with current industry standards and can significantly improve the patient experience. I believe that this enhancement will make our services more user-friendly and provide added convenience to our patients. Furthermore, I suggest implementing a system where report tracking and download functionality is only enabled if the patient has fully paid for their services. Patients who have not paid in full can collect a hard copy of their report from our lab and complete their payment. Once the payment is successfully confirmed in our system, the patient can then access their report in the LabSmart Patient mobile app for future reference or medical history tracking. ABHA(Ayushman Bharat Health Account) Integration . It is a Government Of India initiative and it is going to be mandatory for every health sector to integrate its HIS/LIS software to ABHA enabled. Or Use the service of those software which is already ABHA integrated. So please integrate your software to ABHA.

The last page of the PDF report should provide an option to add an extra page for advertising, similar to how Redcliffe Labs adds an advertising page at the end of its reports.

NABL NOTICE: QR Code on the Medical Test Reports Medical laboratories may note that, in a memorandum issued on 13.05.2021 by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, it is mandatory for travellers flying abroad to carry their negative RT-PCR test report having QR codes linking to the original report. Medical Laboratories should provide QR code on all test reports issued which can be scanned using any QR scanning application available on mobile / any devices to authenticate and reproduce the test report online. This will prevent the manipulation of test results & the usage of fake test reports. Laboratories to ensure that all the requirements of ISO 15189, NABL, regulators are met. Authorized test results in a tamper-proof and non-editable test report will build trust in laboratory results. Original request: QR code on report page. need an option to add daily expenses in the software itself - with drill down options , or personalised options for example food electricity snacks credit to technician etc

We want to add graphs into CBC results.

we need lab to lab price list option to add the lab to lab prices , and labl to lab prices should be autopopulated when we do the tests in our lab for another laboratory ( specific laboratory ) example, lets say , our lab has the facility to do the Thyroid Function test ,and someother lab approaches us to do the Thyroid Function Test for them. when we do the test for them ,we cannot give the retail price, so we will be giving them a Special Lab to Lab Price. for that we need the Lab to Lab Price list and when we make a bill, if we select the referrer to a Specific lab, Lab to lab prices should come in the tests
